Northern Arizona Roller Derby was established in August of 2008. The first game ever played was against Dirty Verde Roller Derby in September of 2009. Since then NAZRD has been going strong and competing against teams across the greater southwestern US. NAZRD is a part of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association.

Derby is a sport of empowerment. We challenge each member to become their best athlete! We welcome everyone of all skill levels to come and learn to play this sport that has changed so many lives.

NAZRD does not have try outs. We have options for boot camps and newbie practices! We feel that everyone should have the opportunity to learn and skate! As long as you put in the work, time and energy, you can derby too! If you have questions fill out our contact form.
